Our stay at Casa Quetzal was delightful! The tranquil garden courtyard, bursting with greenery, served as the perfect backdrop for enjoying breakfast. The staff were incredibly accommodating, even helping to arrange our excursions to nearby cenotes, making it feel like a home away from home.

The Standard King Room was pretty spacious with a nice bathroom. The bed was comfy, just what you need after a day out exploring. It was clean, but the shower water pressure was a bit weak and took a while to warm up. Plus, the TV was kinda small, but we didn’t really come to watch TV anyway. The garden outside was beautiful though, and the outdoor dining added a nice touch to our mornings!

We really enjoyed the lush garden feel and the friendly staff who made us feel at home. The location was perfect for exploring Valladolid, and having a tour desk on-site made it easy for us to plan our trips to nearby attractions like Chichen Itza.

The lovely outdoor dining area offers delicious breakfasts, including fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff was extremely friendly, helping to organize a private tour to the nearby cenotes.

The shower water pressure could be stronger and it took a while to heat up.
